Eligibility

TopShots Billiards & Ping Pong is open to people of all ages. Minors under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult while at TopShots. By visiting our facility, you represent and warrant that you are of the legal age to enter into these Terms and Conditions or that you are accompanied by a responsible adult.

Payment and Fees

TopShots Billiards & Ping Pong offers various games and services at different price points. Prices are subject to taxes and charges as applicable. Payment for services must be made in full at the time of use, and we reserve the right to refuse service if payment is not received.

Rules and Regulations

All participants must adhere to TopShots' rules and regulations, including but not limited to:

• Appropriate attire, including shoes, must be worn at all times.
• Participants must follow safety guidelines and instructions provided for each game and activity.
• Respectful behavior is expected at all times. Participants engaging in inappropriate behavior or causing harm to others will be asked to leave the premises.
• Participants are responsible for any damage caused to TopShots' facilities or equipment due to negligence or intentional actions.
• A gratuity of 18% of the total bill (before GST) will be added to the bill for groups of 6 or more or tabs over $200. This will be clearly indicated on the bill.
•  Reservations may be subject to a deposit to hold the requested date. If you need to make any changes to your reservation, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but changes are subject to availability. We reserve the right to charge a fee for no-shows or cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance. 

Failure to comply with these rules and regulations may result in the termination of access to our facilities without refund.
